1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through the ZebraBazzar website or directly via our sales channels.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and our associated policies (Return, Refund, Privacy, and Shipping).

2. Delivery Area

We currently deliver across Gujarat, including major cities such as Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Rajkot, Surat, and others.
Delivery outside Gujarat will be activated in future updates.
Orders placed outside the serviceable area may be cancelled with a full refund.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST.
Accepted payment methods: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Razorpay-secured payments.
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select pin codes within Gujarat.
Prices and discounts are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Standard delivery time within Gujarat: 2–6 business days.
Customers will receive SMS or email updates once the order is shipped.
ZebraBazzar is not responsible for courier delays caused by weather, strikes, or third-party logistics issues.

5. Return & Replacement Policy

Customers can request a return or replacement within 24 hours of delivery.

Conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.
Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.
Used, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for return or replacement.
Replacement depends on stock availability.

Customers do not need to visit our warehouse — return pickup or courier return will be arranged or guided through customer support.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 2–5 working days after return approval.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
Shipping or handling fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Refunds are not applicable for products returned without prior confirmation.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.
Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
ZebraBazzar reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues or incorrect address details.

8. Product Quality & Care

ZebraBazzar products are made using premium cotton and high-quality fabrics.
Please follow wash and care instructions properly.
We are not liable for damage caused by improper washing, ironing, or handling.

9. Privacy Policy

We collect only necessary information (name, contact, and address) to process your order.
Payment data is encrypted and securely processed via Razorpay.
We never share or sell your personal information to third parties.

10. Liability & Warranty

ZebraBazzar is not liable for delivery delays, courier losses, or misuse of the product after delivery.
Products are covered only for manufacturing defects.
No extended or third-party warranty applies.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All transactions are governed by Indian law.
In case of disputes, the jurisdiction will be Surat, Gujarat, India.
