At ZebraBazzar, we stand by the quality of our products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer a simple return and refund option.
1. Return Policy
Customers can request a return within 24 hours of delivery.
✅ Eligible Returns:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- The product delivered is damaged, defective, or not as ordered.
- Customers do not need to visit the warehouse.
Our team will help arrange a courier pickup (if available) or guide you on how to ship the product back safely.
Returns made after 24 hours of delivery or without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Replacement Policy
We currently do not offer product replacements.
If your return is approved, you’ll receive a refund only to your original payment method.
3. Refund Policy
- Cash refunds are not available.
Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method (UPI, debit/credit card, or bank). - Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection.
- Shipping and handling fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not applicable for used, washed, or damaged products.
